If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you’ll recall that every Tuesday, I co-moderate a Twitter chat, aptly called PR 2.0 chat (hashtag #pr20chat). Each week, Justin Goldsborough and I, along with 100-200 industry colleagues gather to discuss fresh approaches to PR best practices, trends, tech’s influence on PR and how we can learn and grow together.
But, this is Thanksgiving week, so tonight’s chat has a bit of a twist. From 8-8:30 pm ET, we’ll going to discuss PR, but with a gratitude slant. Don’t worry: This will be similar to our regular fast-paced conversation, so be sure to join us. And, then, at 8:30, #pr20chat will be joined by some incredible guests from Epic Change, the global volunteer-run organization responsible for Tweetsgiving. Founder Stacey Monk, Sanjay Patel and some others will introduce our chat community to Tweetsgiving, explain how they organize a global movement on a very limited budget, offer insights about their approach to influencer outreach, and share opportunities for anyone to get involved this week.
