Lucky for you, you can be anyone. You’re not limited to the job you’re in, the desk you’re behind and you’re certainly not limited because of your gender. You were made to be a thinker, a doer, a creator, a leader.
So make a move.

Which will you choose?
Confidence matters. It’s what drives you to try or sit on the sidelines. Of course, there will always be doubters and confidence comes with its own consequences: Being characterized as assertive vs just plain b*tchy. But thankfully, facts are discovered and not created.
Tomorrow, say no to the snooze button and take control. Grab your confidence and your caffeine as you walk out the door. You don’t need luck, you’ve got this. Now, it’s time to get to work.
