		<description>Great post Heather. Short and sweet. Having found myself in this situation and not having the trusted adviser pin and watching things derail as the result of no plan is awful. Especially when you can see the cracks before they crack and have to work on the various tactical projects and watch as success not only doesn&#039;t happen, but then you&#039;re blamed for it not happening. Wow. Where did this all come from? Anyway, a big yes for planning and its importance. I like your five-step break down of priorities. Thanks for sharing:)</description>
