I’m only a senior in high school, and I know for sure that this is what I want to do when I’m older. Working in PR for the New York Yankees is my dream job! I hope that I can achieve this goal. I love this interview it’s so inspiring! Thank you for posting it.

What a great interview! I think it is so amazing that Lauren took a chance asking about that internship that day — and look where it led her. Life is often like that. It rewards the people who take the chances and seek opportunities rather than waiting for them to fall in their laps. Taking on the #journchat is kind of the same thing. How easy would it have been to not do it? Thankfully you did and chose to share it with all of us! – Tara

It just goes to show that you never know where you're going to make a solid connection. Lauren joked that she got her internship by taking a tour of the stadium, but it was really her willingness to ask questions, make connections and be persistent. Thanks for reading!
